When I worked in advertising, I took a tip from Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics

The final mix of all my jingles were played on 'grots' - basic car radio speakers and a cheap mono TV

Worked a treat, but absolutely sang if you had a decent car stereo or a Dolby stereo telly
