Funnily enough, Vigil did come to mind when I saw that video. As ever, in military forces the world over, the dictum seems to be "nothing to see here" when they investigate themselves!

In this case, if only they had kept a better lookout out and seen what was to be seen before they were forced to do the three monkey act "and see no evil!"
