Droning on

Anyone think there could be a few problems?
As for
The drones will stay below 328ft (100m) altitude, out of the way of larger aircraft.
- presumably drones are not subject to the 'Rules of the Air'?

From time to time, the Chinooks play around here, quite often at little above rooftop height - maybe one of the pilots lives locally, plus other light aircraft from Sywell, which are often below 1500 feet, according to FR24, so this might not end well...

Some years ago. I was very interested in low-flying Chinooks (I lived on a military low-flying route close to an electronic warfare range).
I was also interested in 'disturbance to animals' such as horses.
There is (was?) a ministry 'low-flying telephone hotline' which I called to enquire about the minimum altitude for these aircraft and was informed that helos are cleared down to ground level.
