QANTAS - All is Forgiven?

#1 Post by Sisemen » Tue Sep 08, 2015 4:27 pm

The recent declaration of a return to profit, the reinstatement of the Mad Irishman's reputation and bonus, and the climb back of the share price - does this mean that all is well in QANTAS world??

Hardly.

I sold out of Qantas years ago at about $3 as it hadn't gone anywhere for years
and really still hasn't apart from a brief run up to $5.

I thought so too, my friend, until I looked it up and found that the OP spelled it correctly: no 'u'.

I guess it did. I looked at the Wah! link but don't see any correlation to the missing 'u' in Qantas. Or am I merely being a typical dirt eater? :))

PS: I'm virtually bald so I guess that might be why my toupee didn't become ruffled. :D

But I bet your Tutu became ruffled though :D

I must admit, a TuTu suits you since you have become a supporter of the Soap picker upperers ?

Mr Rock likes to think of it as a solar panel for a lurrve machine, but I have it on good authority that he just grew too tall for his hair.

Nope. i keep my hair close cropped as I find it better to receive signals from extra-galaxian civilizations. I just hang my head out the window and it becomes almost like a magnet for moon beams, and extra-terrestrial communications. It's how I met 500N as he was broadcasting his signals from the other side of Pluto. (None of which made any sense, by the way. Then again, he is an Australian.) :D

Nanu nanu. Mork the Orkan... Out.

I've been trying to figure out where all the other smileys are but haven't the brain power to do so. It remains an enigma for me. :-o
