It is still 24 days to go for goodness sake. Give us a break. If I hear a single Christmas Carol I will throw up. Used to shoot the Carol Singers in the UK. This is all the result of a Cathedral School upbringing, Wodders will understand.

Happy Easter then, Oh and Happy Mother's Day.

Ba Humbug.

I can't even go to f'ing Home Depot or Vito's Italian without this nonstop crap Christmas "music".

No wonder I need major anti-depressives every December.

I can't find a picture of it but the best Christmas card I ever got had a picture of the 'Virgin' (yeah right ...) Mary on a donkey with Joseph leading it towards the star of Bethlehem, and the text box from his mouth says :
"It's Christmas eve, you didn't make a booking, the hotels are all full, and now you tell me you're ****ing pregnant. "

Just what I do, with a healthy dose of "no people", wide open spaces (as in go bush),
no TV, no radio (except in emergencies), no mobile phones etc.

And feed a mate of mine :D

Oh god it is bliss.

If we are going to be precise a billabong is a small body of water which was once a bend in a river but which has been cut off from the river. It's called an ox bow in some other parts of the world. It's easy to tell a real billabong because they all have jolly swagmen camped by them. There are heavy fines handed out to swagmen who camp next to lakes.
