I concur with last comment on temperature. It's only 5c here this morning with a chilling breeze.

Forecast indicates that it will remain so till weekend when there is possibility of a little rain and temperatures, both minimum and maximum begin to rise.

Morning folks. Sorry to hear about the train crash RiS. Nice day bit of Cu, thunder over night but no rain. Meeting our lunch guest at the safari camp. Monthly rubbish run into the village.

Good Morning all,
Was 8c when I emptied Henry, 08.30 ish, it's crawled to 12c now.
Seaweed is giving 16c and a clear day, the last is already achieved.
SM is heading for a busy day, x-rays in Nerja, Hairdressing supplier, and ears lowering.

Me it's watch the cleaner and a wood run, the last of the year I hope.

Reddo-Hubs and I watched your YouTube debut :-bd Hubs laughed like a drain. I'm guessing Checkers was the instigator? You are both very brave-I'm buggered if I'd do that!

It's a wonder that western Europe ever gets anything done. Between Holy days and strikes, they get a lot of time off. In a past life, I was a baggage handler at various Italian airports. They were always on strike and we had to pitch in on occasion. Still the guy flogging Chianti at Rimini kept up morale by flogging cheap plonk off the back of his bicycle.

Weather here continues to be nice-70 to 80F. Had our first cheese and wine lunch of the year in the garden. Very nice :YMPARTY: Discovered our newish (2 years) doggo Reggie likes salami. Probably creating a monster there!

Yes, Checkers (aka hubby) thought of ordering the sauces. I am a fan of the show so I had an idea what would happen. I'll be honest, it wasn't as bad as some actors make out on the show :D

Morning folks.

Bit of 'this n' that' with the weather so outdoor adventures put on hold. If it was a canal day, I'd be off like a shot regardless.

Just watching Reddo eating them spicy things had me feeling the pain - how some folk can chomp on those natural nuclear furnaces is beyond me; HP sauce is about the hottest thing I can tolerate.
It's always my fault - SWMBO

What are you trying to do with them. IMHO, the person who invented them deserves a medal. I use them for tying things down or up, and for clamping complex assemblies while gluing them up. Great things.

Chilly day with colder to come next week and possibility of snow then. Busy clearing out our bedroom ready for a revamp of the built in wardrobes and a total gutting and makeover of the ensuite shower room, five days of chaos starting Monday. Off to the Pet Crematorium north of Aberdeen in an hour to collect Dexter's casket.

Forecast: overcast cloud all day.
Reality: blue sky everywhere.

Do 5 large glasses of different red wines count as my 5 a day? =))
My necessaries are embark'd: farewell. Adieu! I have too grieved a heart to take a tedious leave.

Yup, fruit salad ain't it? ;)))
Very helpful, Woody, thanks. My last bottle was indeed a Malbec.
Looks like Cabernet Sauvignon next, then!

Short night walk over. Cold but no wind, what a difference that makes. The escaped criminal has not been caught, or it's not been reported. I'll lock the car, parked outside, tonight.

Coincidentally, I put in my wine syndicate order yesterday, 5 different wines - grenache/touriga, durif, shiraz, shiraz/mataro & cabernet/merlot. One must pay attention to diet.

^ Can't bring myself to view that. Sadly there have always been idiots, now they reach an audience of thousands.

A nice day again, blue dome with occasional smoke-signals from stubble-burnoffs in the distance; 26°C. Laundry drying in the sun and gentle breeze.
