Wodders, you seem to have an appalling service down there. When I went for my brain scan at the MRI department Figueras General, I was handed the DVD and typed analysis about twenty minutes after the scan. Nothing found, at least nothing to cause my vertigo. €350 well spent, and subsequently 90% reimbursed by insurance.
Might add the sineage for the MRI Dept is terrible. Access only from outside the hospital and no indication where. Spent 30mns walking round and round. Finally found some poor chap who looked in need of a trip to the screw factory to get re-threaded, and asked him.

Just back from the audiologist for my annual checkup and hearing test. As I thought, degradation in my right ear hearing. It has lost 10db on each of two frequencies since last time - fortunately not on adjacent frequencies. He said that can be a sign of other problems to come and would require a GP referral once it's a 20db loss on adjacent frequencies in two years. Hearing aids were reprogrammed and two new receivers fitted, all at no charge. Overall a great improvement in hearing clarity. :-bd

I think someone was asking about Fox 3 recently - well he's just popped up on another thread.

'Trashy' is the adjective which springs to my mind to describe that overbloated overcrowded Petrie dish.

Southend's Kursaal, in a metal box.

Another fun afternoon at the Fang Fettler, 1h10m waiting then 50 minutes in the chair while Graciella tried to get the stump of broken tooth out.
Eventual success but hell it's sore now.

I think it's the particular hospital. Remember that they have screwed up twice with SM's hernia and they think that we are going to sue for incompetence. So they are trying to hide the evidence which, as you know, we are legally entitled.
The Hernia is now about tennis ball size.

Tesla is out of surgery and recovering from the anaesthetic. Internal stuff was done with keyhole surgery so not too invasive, but she had a lot of little lumps in her mammary tissue so she's got a lot of sutures in her skin. We don't know yet if she's coming home Thursday or Friday, if she's still on pain meds they'll keep her the extra day.

Fingers crossed for Tesla and Wodrick's empty socket. We're up late here after I woke early, used Autogenic Training to put myself back to sleep, and as usual it worked too well. MiFit shows lowest hear rate of whole night.
