Sending "begging" letters to hoteliers is worthy of scorn, I agree, but that Stenson character is bit of a knob head as well. My experience of Irish luxury hotels to date has always been a disappointing one. Maybe I have just been unlucky but I have grown tired of the Irish blarney and so-called "charm".

Stenson is to hotels what O'Leary is to aviation. Good on garnering publicity both positive and negative secure in the belief that any publicity is good publicity.
