I think that would guarantee a Darwin award !

Attempting to, or succeeding in, stealing RGB's bike is punishable by immediate execution. :D (Judge, jury and executioner)

My road bike is equipped with several defensive measures as well as offensive ones. The latter of which includes several TOW launchers. (Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided anti-tank missile system) :)) :D

Those are for special occasions. As well as a few M-203 grenade launchers. (I used to love those. Tha-thump.)

So did I. Loved the 40mm.

Especially when the Unit Inf Sgt kept a whole box of grenades aside for "later use" by me and my Platton staff LOL
Kangaroo shooting took on a whole new meaning LOL.

Sounds like the pink tutu wearers alright. Overly complicated and about as surgical as a bulldozer. Bit of det cord under the seat, pressure switch made from a matchbook and a bit of foil and Darwin is a happy boy.

Funnily enough the cyclists around my manor are pretty good. We get the odd fool obviously, but there are more car nutters than bike nutters. I suppose it helps that I live half way up (down?) a steepish hill. Effectively, the Thames at the bottom, Blackheath at the top.

Here's a bit of instant karma for everyone.

The link supplied is to the whole page with write up, etc. it's not just the video like a Youtube video. Can't embed pages of text using BBCode inserts. Sorry.

Near where I sometimes stay, there is a long straight road with a cycle/pedestrian lane on each side. For reasons best known to themselves, and I can only assume it's because they're arrogant pricks, the idiots clad in lurid plastic ride along up to 4 abreast on the main part of the road. Should you dare to even 'bip' your horn at them, you will get a tirade of abuse, fingers, even spitting at your car as you pass them.

I sometimes walk along that that lane which is clearly marked for cyclists AND pedestrians, and the odd cyclist will go past and hurl abuse. What the duck do they except pedestrians to do? Walk with the traffic.

In many areas of life it's a small minority who give the majority a bad name. From what I see of cyclists, it's the other way round. Interestingly though people who use normal bicycles and clothing and are using it as transport are usually reasonable and considerate, it's the wuckfits on racing bikes and dressed in plastic that give the name Lycra Louts the credence it deserves.

I don't want to even think about the cost of the bikes owned by our fellow members.
