Whatever happened to Maurice Kirk? He was a somewhat intimidating legend back in the old Cardiff Flying Club days until he punched one of the local maintenance guys (who might have deserved a punch let it be said).
Last time I saw Mr Kirk was at the Farnborough airshow surrounded by general bric a brac, some dogs and some old aircraft many years back.
