Electricity pylons

Dinner with wife as she prattles on endlessly.
She pauses (very briefly mind you), "This might be a sexist question, but when men sit together without talking, what are they thinking about?"

Does it hurt? No pain or discomfort, just annoying kaleidoscopic patterns which start off quite small but eventually blot out your vision. I did that railway trip back in 1992 when travelling from Brora, Sutherland to Scarborough, Yorkshire. Problem was it was dark when we went through Garsdale!
