Did the incident ho yo their record as such? Not really sure. NTSB 830 says fractures of fingers, toes, nose not an accident. Also not sure if there is anything in FAR Part 141 which covers flight schools. Only other issue besides the injury and healing time was missing her original CFII checkride ...

High density altitudes here combined with the performance (or lack thereof) of multi engine training aircraft (typically PA-44 Seminoles here) makes for stall / spin scenarios during MMC A demos. What you refer to is not the only issue.

Multi Engine Instructor (MEI) is a separate rating. The Flight Instructor ratings for Airplane (Category) are Single Engine, Multi Engine, and Instrument. I have almost always operated along those lines.
Unfortunately, my container garden has been neglected to the point that I basically need to start over.
I also have many different seed varieties for sprouting and as it is getting hotter salads are becoming more a meal option, so lots of options.
