Re: The really boring and totally pointless snippets thread V

Fog came in here this morning, lifting now; very chilly earlier at 2°C, switched on heaters in dining-room and hall as well as heat-pump in living room.
Now 7.5°C going for 12°C.
Not heard as many shotgun blasts as in past years on the first day of shootin' season.

I hope there aren't any "Well, he looked like a duck to me" incidents.
Sometimes happens...

The Sun has risen, it is 2.3°C outside, expecting sunny and mostly clear all day and 13°C.

Duck-shooting season starts tomorrow and I see the forecast is for mist/fog first thing.

Good morning, sunny with blue skies, 13mm of rain yesterday; now 3.9°C expecting 13°C.

The street seems very quiet, no passing traffic at all.

I see I have some pink roses in flower by the front steps.

Was supposed to have been sunny ages ago here, cloud/low overcast finally burning off and I think the wind has changed, sun now peeking through.
12.2°C expecting 17°C.

Hope the rain soaks in, OFSO.
